Villa Accommodation Information

Bali has some of the most luxurious villa accommodation to be found anywhere in the world but it also has an abundence of good value for money villa properties to choose from as well.

With the huge increase in demand for villa holidays there have been several "types" of villa accommodation evolve to suit the different requirements of holiday makers & are as follows:

Private Villa: single villa properties developed on single lot of land.

Grouped Villa Complex: Multiple private villas developed on a larger piece of land & usually have a common reception area for guest arrival & departures.

Villa Resort Complex: Multiple private villas scattered over an estate which provides many "resort" facilities such as restaurants, bars, day spa centres & receptions (some with business facilities). Some complexes will have multiple dwellings scattered over an estate but have shared, not private, gardens & pool. Take  note of these differences when choosing this type of villa accommodation & save disapointment. 

Apartment Villas: Usually a single or multiple level building consisting of several one bedroom open plan apartments containing a small living area, kitchenette, large bedroom area & a luxury bathroom. The Staff, garden & pool facilities are generally shared.
