Villa Maya Retreat is an enchanting Bali rental villa, located riverside in the traditional Balinese village of Cepaka, just 30 minutes from the designer shopping and restaurant area of Seminyak. The architectural design presents a series of stand-alone pavilions with thatched roofs, natural stone walls and floor-to-ceiling, folding glass doors. Villa Maya was designed by renowned architect Grounds Kent , who is well known for his spectacular design of the Bali Four Seasons Hotel.

Accommodation includes six air-conditioned bedroom-suites with ensuite garden bathrooms, an open-sided living pavilion, dining pavilion and a fully equipped feature kitchen. This romantic holiday villa in Bali rests within a manicured jungle garden complete with a 12-metre swimming pool, a poolside ‘bale’ relaxation pavilion, a large alfresco seating area and lily ponds.

Each spacious suite features a private elevated terrace overlooking the fast flowing Penet River. The master suite incorporates a small garden with a plunge pool, large deck, open-air living space and a private entrance. This delightful Bali villa is the ideal choice for families and groups of friends who wish to escape to a close-to-nature hideaway.

All published rates displayed are inclusive of government taxes.
Please note that a basic 5% service charge is included in the published rate and added to your bill. If you wish to acknowledge outstanding service by a further tip at the end of your stay please give payments to your manager Hamdi who can assist you with any queries. Your Villa Maya Retreat experience is a team effort so we would like the opportunity to split the tip's to all staff (eg: night guards, gardeners and pool attendants)

* Cancellations:

All payments are non-refundable, however bookings can be moved to another free period within 12 months of the original booking dates, subject to availability, prices will change if there is a change in season. Only one change of dates is allowed, if within 8 weeks of check-in a 50 per cent penalty will apply, this penalty will change to 75 per cent for peak season bookings.

The administration fee on refunds is US$20.00

Villa Maya is hidden away in the traditional, rural village of Desa Cepaka, in Bali’s Tabanan regency. Yet this magical, out of town setting is just half an hour drive from the internationally-acclaimed restaurants, designer-boutiques and nightclubs of Seminyak. Nirwana Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman and renowned as one of the best golf courses in Asia, is a 15-minute drive. The villa is a 40-minute journey from the international airport, and convenient for all of the island’s main tourist attractions, including the nearby Tanah Lot, Bali’s most dramatic and venerated sea temple. The cultural heart of Bali, Ubud, is only a 25 minute drive from Villa Maya.
